Lead advanced analytical methods and AI-enabled workflows for data-informed decision-making in Medical Affairs. This role combines hands-on data science with project leadership, translating complex questions into analytical approaches and communicating findings to stakeholders.

• Lead selection and design of analytical and machine-learning approaches
• Design cohort and segmentation methodologies
• Develop, test, and validate statistical, machine-learning, and AI-based models
• Partner with AI/ML and data engineers for production pipelines
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists
