• Lead data science vision and roadmap for product enhancement
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing data science team
• Build and scale AI/ML models for chargeback reduction and transaction clarity
• Guide solutions leveraging generative AI, NLP, and computer vision
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in model development and deployment on Azure
• Represent Mastercard's AI leadership through patents and publications
