Data Scientist

GDIT is seeking a Data Scientist to support critical government projects by applying statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning to human performance and readiness data. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, develop predictive models, and create visual analytics to inform decision-making for key stakeholders.

• Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning to human performance data
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for readiness and performance optimization
• Utilize NLP and LLM techniques for analyzing unstructured data
• Create visual analytics and dashboards using Government-furnished tools
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain data quality, security, and privacy controls

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
