Data Analyst Labor

Analyze complex labor datasets to uncover operational insights and drive data-informed decisions across store labor teams. You will develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to influence business leaders and identify trends to solve labor issues. This role requires collaboration and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for labor decision-making
• Analyze hourly payroll and related business data to identify trends and root causes
• Provide insights and solutions to client groups and business leaders
• Support and improve existing analytical tools and processes
• Basic experience in SQL/Big Query SQL
• Working knowledge of Tableau and presentation software
