Sr. Data Scientist - People Analytics

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to join their People Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from complex HR data. You will play a key role in shaping people strategies and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

• Develop and implement predictive models for employee turnover, engagement, and performance
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate HR initiatives
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics
• Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
• Stay current with the latest advancements in people analytics and data science
