Fractal is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and development of advanced Agentic conversational AI solutions for banking clients. This hands-on role involves deep engagement with experimentation, data analysis, and NLU tuning on platforms like Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to enhance conversational quality and performance.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic conversational AI for IVR solutions
Run and interpret experiments for intent recognition and slot-filling performance
Perform hands-on analysis of interaction data and model outputs
Tune intent descriptions, training data, and prompts for NLU assets
Collaborate with onshore lead to refine conversation behavior and priorities
Contribute to LLM and GenAI capabilities for NLU and intent understanding
