Senior Business Data Analyst

Join our Finance Insights and Technology Engagement team as a Senior Business Data Analyst to deliver tech-based solutions for Canada's largest retailer. You will partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop insightful reports and dashboards, and drive project delivery from inception to completion. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Google Cloud Platform and Python, and the ability to communicate effectively across all business levels.

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify and translate BI needs into strategic solutions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models using financial data
• Manage all phases of project delivery from requirement gathering to completion
• Act as a technical liaison between Finance and Technology teams
• Develop and optimize large-scale SQL queries and Python/VBA scripts
• Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
