Senior Data Analyst - Operations (Agency Temp)

SCAN is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and develop data solutions supporting operational and strategic decisions in healthcare. This role involves transforming complex healthcare claims data into actionable insights and visualizations to improve performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare operations analytics expertise and excellent communication skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions
• Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to understand business needs
• Analyze complex healthcare claims and operational datasets
• Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Snowflake
• Create and deliver executive dashboards and data stories
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
