About this role

Old Republic Title is seeking a hybrid Learning & Development Attorney in Tampa, FL, to develop and deliver educational programs on Florida real estate law and title insurance. This role involves creating continuing education content for agents, employees, and customers, serving as a subject matter expert, and staying current with industry developments.

What we are looking for

Develop and deliver continuing education (CE) seminars for title agents, customers, and employees
Design and maintain online training programs and Florida Learning Center courses
Serve as a subject matter expert on Florida real estate law and title insurance
Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the industry
Represent the company at industry events and trade associations
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or title insurance
