RBC Capital Markets is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to manage enterprise Tableau platforms, architect dashboards, and administer Tableau Server. This role involves leading data engineering efforts with SQL Server, automating data processes with Python and Control-M, and integrating data from various sources. The analyst will translate business requirements into data models, supervise BI developers, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Manage and govern enterprise Tableau platforms
• Architect advanced Tableau dashboards and administer Tableau Server
• Lead data engineering with SQL Server, optimizing schemas and queries
• Automate data refresh and report distribution using Control-M and Python
• Integrate data from Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera Impala, and relational databases
• Supervise two BI Developers and ensure compliance with governance standards
