Lead Business Analyst – Data, AI & Analytics

Stryker is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Endoscopy Supply Chain teams and Analytics & Engineering. You will drive the design, development, and adoption of advanced analytics and digital solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to improve supply chain operations. • Serve as strategic bridge between Supply Chain and Analytics/Engineering
• Lead design and adoption of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform solutions
• Define and execute analytics roadmap for enterprise reporting and advanced analytics
• Deliver executive-level insights through dashboards and self-service analytics
• Drive Power BI governance, data quality, and performance optimization
• 7+ years experience in Business Analytics or Supply Chain Analytics
