Origination Operator- 3rd Shift

Menasha Corporation is seeking a 3rd Shift Origination Operator to join their operations team in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role involves setting up and operating processing equipment, staging materials, loading/unloading machines, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Operate processing equipment including drill, shear, plasma, and ironworker
• Stage raw materials and load/unload machines
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure blueprint specifications
• Adhere to safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and STW activities
• Requires 1+ year of relevant work experience
