Sr. Data Science Manager

Lead a data science team focused on core Redfin systems, including customer routing and business projections. You will shape analytical strategy, develop scalable data assets, and partner with senior leaders to solve complex business problems using AI-assisted analytics.

• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and BI engineers
• Design and maintain scalable analytical assets in Snowflake
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance on cross-functional problems
• Set analytical strategy and manage the analytics roadmap
• Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations
• Leverage AI to accelerate analytics workflows and improve quality
