Lead Business Intelligence & AI Solutions Analyst – Single Family

As a Lead Business Intelligence & AI Solutions Analyst, you will drive innovation in Fannie Mae's collateral and valuation capabilities. You will leverage data, analytics, and AI to translate business needs into actionable solutions, partnering across teams to implement strategic initiatives and shape the future of housing finance.

• Lead complex data analysis to identify trends and business insights
• Apply SQL, Python/R for data analysis, automation, and prototyping
• Evaluate and apply AI/ML for collateral decisioning and efficiency
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements and solutions
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams on modernization initiatives
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
