Quality Manager, Data & Insights Analytics

As a Quality Manager for Aetna, you will transform data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions across Direct-to-Consumer channels. You will lead the development of reporting solutions and quality dashboards, collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and drive performance improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, system fluency, and a deep understanding of Medicare sales processes.
