Business Data Analyst

Zipline, a leader in drone delivery, seeks a Business Data Analyst to join their Data Science & Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing customer behavior, commercial performance, and growth opportunities to inform business strategy and investment decisions. You will build dashboards and reporting to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.

• Own analyses of customer behavior, commercial performance, and growth opportunities
• Define KPI frameworks and metric definitions
• Build and maintain business-facing dashboards and self-service reporting
• Translate analysis into recommendations for campaign investment and commercial prioritization
• Monitor performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with Data Science, Product, and business teams to improve data quality and analytical processes
