Senior Manager - Data Scientist

Join M&G India as a Senior Manager - Data Scientist to build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines for actuarial modelling. You will validate, transform, and enrich policyholder data, investigate and resolve data issues, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of outputs. • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for actuarial data validation and transformation
• Implement data checks and controls for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance, resolving issues and improving efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including runbooks, process documentation, and data dictionaries
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, and/or Python for data analysis and reporting
