Partner Business Intelligence Analyst

Workday is seeking a Partner Business Intelligence Analyst to build and own the data foundation for Global Partner Operations. This role focuses on designing data models and pipelines to ensure partner data is trustworthy and reusable across the organization, supporting analytics for partner innovation, sales, and services.

• Design and build dimensional data models in Snowflake
• Develop and optimize ELT pipelines from various data sources
• Own the certified semantic layer and Sigma models
• Translate business rules into version-controlled transformation code
• Establish and enforce data governance standards
• Build reporting foundation for partner attribution and capacity modeling
