What we are looking for

Lead applied research and product-oriented data science for agentic AI platforms
Own domain-specific model evaluation, fine-tuning, and operationalization
Develop and implement evaluation frameworks and metrics for LLMs
Build knowledge graphs, embeddings, and inference engines
Collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable AI solutions
5+ years IT experience, 3+ years in applied ML/NLP with LLM experience
