Data Analyst II

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Logistics Business Analyst II to support data analytics for the Logistics & Fulfillment organization. You will leverage data mining and analysis expertise to create solutions, develop standardized reporting, and provide business insights to drive informed decision-making. This role is crucial for supporting tactical and strategic needs and ensuring performance expectations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.

• Analyze logistics data to support business decisions
• Create descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive reporting
• Maintain and analyze metrics for SQDCG performance
• Develop and standardize data visualization and reporting tools
• Create and implement dashboards for KPI tracking
• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations or analytics
