About this role

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Epic and BI technologies. This role manages a team of analysts and developers to support clinical, revenue cycle, finance, and operational domains, acting as a subject matter expert in Epic reporting tools and driving best practices in data modeling and SQL development.

What we are looking for

Serve as organizational expert in Epic reporting tools (Radar, Cogito Workbench, Caboodle, SlicerDicer)
Oversee development and optimization of Epic-based dashboards and reports
Lead design and development of BI solutions using SAP Business Objects, Power BI, and Advanced SQL
Provide subject matter expertise across Clinical, Revenue cycle, Finance, and Operational data
Manage, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary BI team
Translate complex healthcare workflows into meaningful metrics and dashboards
