Data & Reporting Analyst

Full Sail University is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support their Staff & Cultural Development initiatives. This role involves designing, collecting, reporting, and analyzing data to inform leadership decisions. You will administer logistic support, collaborate with other divisions, manage sensitive data archives, and monitor employee sentiment.

• Administer logistic support and analytic expertise for SCD initiatives
• Collaborate with other divisions to provide data and information
• Interface with Workday system and HR Analyst
• Manage a secure and accurate archive of SCD related data
• Lead the monitoring of employee sentiment analysis
• Develop statistical models to measure the impact of SCD efforts
