• Lead advanced ML solutions for BuyBox, Variant Leader Selection, Search, and Personalization
• Build and advance ranking and recommendation systems using Learning-to-Rank and deep learning
• Apply Generative AI and LLMs to enhance ranking and customer experience
• Drive research and innovation from problem formulation to scalable production solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Data Scientists
• Deploy and monitor large-scale ML systems in production
