Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Engineer

GEICO is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and support enterprise-level BI solutions. You will transform complex data into meaningful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other visualization tools to drive data-driven decision-making. This role involves partnering with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver scalable reporting and establish best practices.

• Design end-to-end BI solutions including semantic models, reports, and dashboards
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI semantic models and reports using DAX and Power Query
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and performance drivers
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations
• Establish and promote semantic modeling standards and reporting best practices
• Utilize Snowflake and other enterprise data sources for reliable reporting
