Senior Data Scientist, Infrastructure

Verse is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to advance forecasting algorithms for AI-powered energy solutions. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for battery storage, demand response, and renewable energy operations. This role involves advanced research and collaboration to support the transition to a low-carbon economy.

• Apply machine learning, data science, and statistical methods to forecasting capability
• Lead forecasting workflows for battery storage, demand response, and electricity markets
• Use statistical methods for decision making under uncertainty
• Conduct advanced research in energy systems, renewable energy, and storage
• Collaborate across business units and with customers on real-world problems
• Deploy machine learning forecasting algorithms in a production software environment
