Senior Security Engineer, Device/Hardware

Motive is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Product Security Team. This role focuses on hardware security, partnering with engineering and hardware teams to ensure products are designed and shipped securely. You will be responsible for building security baselines, identifying risks, and driving security initiatives across devices and platforms.

• Build hardware and embedded security baseline and process
• Drive relationships with hardware engineering team for remediation
• Identify and assess hardware security risks across product lifecycle
• Lead hardware security architecture reviews and threat modeling
• Define and review security requirements for hardware platforms and embedded systems
• Drive end-to-end security for device hardware across IoT and cloud
