Cyber Security Engineer / Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)

OpenTeams is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer/ISSE to own the security architecture and accreditation posture of their depot. This role involves leading Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, integrating security controls into engineering workflows, and interfacing with government assessors. The position is full-time and remote within the US, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance.

• Lead RMF activities including control selection, POA&M management, and ATO support
• Design and implement supply chain security controls
• Perform threat modeling and security reviews
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines
• Support cross-domain and classified environment requirements
• 6+ years in cyber security or ISSE roles supporting DoD or IC systems

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
