Manager, Security Engineering

Cohere, a leading AI company, is seeking a Manager of Security Engineering to lead their security team. This role involves developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies, including vulnerability management, SAST, DAST, and penetration testing. You will also be responsible for team leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring security practices align with industry standards.

• Lead security engineering team and develop long-term vision
• Implement enterprise-wide vulnerability management processes and tooling
• Establish SAST and DAST programs, integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Oversee penetration testing and manage bug bounty program
• Review security architecture and embed secure SDLC practices
• Develop key security metrics and report on security posture
