Cybersecurity Product Engineer

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Engineer to lead product security initiatives across our software teams. You will define security processes, manage incident response, and translate security requirements into actionable engineering tasks. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape the security posture of our industrial products.

• Own product cybersecurity compliance execution across software teams
• Lead software incident response and readiness processes
• Conduct threat analysis, risk assessment, and cybersecurity planning
• Define mitigation plans and convert security obligations into engineering work
• Lead CVE assessment, prioritization, and response coordination
• Build practical, repeatable cybersecurity processes for engineering teams
