Endpoint Security Engineer

Zelis is seeking a Microsoft O365 Defender Email & Endpoint Security Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft security technologies. This role focuses on enhancing cybersecurity posture by managing Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with security controls, threat detection, and response.

• Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365 security policies
• Configure and optimize email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint capabilities
• Manage endpoint security features including EDR and ASR rules
• Integrate Defender solutions with SIEM platforms like Microsoft Sentinel
• Develop detection logic using Kusto Query Language (KQL)
