Staff Security Engineer

Addepar is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to join their Information Security & Risk team, focusing on driving organization-wide security enhancements. This role involves leading project-driven initiatives, influencing security architecture, and elevating the company's security posture. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable security solutions and empower development teams with secure coding practices.

• Lead and execute complex, project-driven security enhancements
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable security solutions
• Build tools and automated workflows for secure code shipping
• Identify security gaps and design remediation plans
• Act as a security advisor across engineering, product, and R&D teams
• Mentor junior and mid-level security engineers
