Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to govern and oversee the organization's disaster recovery program. This role ensures the resilience and recoverability of critical IT systems by providing oversight for BIAs, DR planning, testing, and risk management. You will partner with various teams to ensure DR requirements are met and serve as a trusted advisor for DR planning.

• Govern disaster recovery program and framework execution
• Oversee Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and identify critical applications
• Provide governance oversight of disaster recovery testing and simulations
• Manage disaster recovery-related risks, findings, and corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits related to disaster recovery
• Advise application owners on disaster recovery planning and enterprise standards
