Senior Manager, IAM

Ensono is seeking a Senior Manager, IAM Practice Lead to support State Street's integration and migration efforts. This role involves assessing IAM needs, providing solution architecture oversight for application migrations, and driving business development through pre-sales expertise. You will lead and manage the IAM practice, mentor engineers, and design/implement IAM solutions across enterprise migration programs.

• Lead and manage the IAM practice
• Mentor and develop IAM Engineers, Solution Architects, and Technical Project Managers
• Design and implement standard IAM patterns and solutions
• Lead IAM integration efforts for application migrations
• Proven pre-sales experience including proposal development and client presentations
• Expertise in ForgeRock Identity Platform and Microsoft Entra ID
