About this role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to safeguard our AI platforms, models, and data. You will operate and enhance AI security tools, conduct threat assessments, and collaborate with engineering teams to embed security throughout the AI lifecycle. What we are looking for

Operate and improve AI security tooling (red teaming, guardrails, model evaluation, AI SPM)
Assess, test, and operationalize security controls for AI systems
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed security in AI development
Implement defensive controls for LLM applications (OWASP Top 10)
Stay current on emerging AI threats and defensive strategies
Develop operational procedures and provide security guidance
