Senior MS Security engineer

As a Senior MS Security Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of client security infrastructures and systems. You will proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve technical incidents, ensuring efficient service restoration and adherence to SLAs. This role involves managing work queues, executing changes, and collaborating with teams to optimize security operations and support client needs.

• Manage security infrastructure in a managed services environment
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve security incidents and problems
• Handle client requests and tickets within SLA
• Collaborate with automation teams for task optimization
• Provide second-level support and assist L1 engineers
• Contribute to change management and trend analysis
