About this role

CDW is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to provide technical leadership for security engineering, identity and access management, and platform security within their Managed Services team. This remote role involves designing and implementing security controls, serving as a senior technical authority, and driving secure-by-design practices across hybrid and cloud environments.

What we are looking for

Lead design and implementation of security controls for Managed Services platforms and infrastructure
Serve as senior technical authority for security architecture and threat mitigation
Drive enterprise Identity & Access Management capabilities
Establish security standards aligned to PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS
Partner with teams to embed security throughout the technology lifecycle and support DevSecOps
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance
