Senior/Lead - Cyber Security - IAM Engineer - Identity and Governance

As a Lead IAM Engineer, you will shape FICO's enterprise-wide identity and access management strategy. You will design and implement modern, cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities, focusing on human and non-human identities. This role is critical in defining the company's security posture for years to come.

• Design and implement cloud-based IGA platform capabilities
• Partner across Cybersecurity and business leaders on identity strategy
• Implement and support identity platforms for governance, privileged access, and federation
• Evaluate identity services and drive recommendations to close governance gaps
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt)
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta
