Detection & Response Engineering Manager

Lead detection and response efforts for a growing fintech company, focusing on monitoring, triage, and incident response across SaaS, workstations, and AWS. You will coach and develop the team while remaining hands-on with detections, pipelines, and investigations, and will be instrumental in integrating automation and AI into security operations.

• Own security operations including monitoring, triage, and incident response
• Lead detection engineering and manage the detection lifecycle
• Develop and manage the security logging pipeline
• Implement detection-as-code practices with version control and peer review
• Build new detection and response platforms and capabilities
• Apply automation and AI to SOC functions like triage and alert summarization
