Senior AI Security Development Engineer

Join Finastra as a Senior AI Security Development Engineer to ensure the secure delivery of our financial services software, platforms, and AI initiatives. You will partner with product and engineering teams to identify risks, design secure solutions, and build scalable security capabilities, combining hands-on security engineering with advisory responsibilities. This role involves threat modeling, AI security assessments, and developing security tooling and automation.

• Perform security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments for applications and AI solutions
• Conduct AI security assessments for LLM integrations, RAG solutions, and AI platforms
• Partner with engineering teams to identify risks and provide remediation guidance
• Design and develop security tools, integrations, and automations for CI/CD pipelines
• Embed security requirements into the SDLC and support secure-by-design initiatives
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of security best practices
