Security Specialist

CDW is seeking a Security Specialist to provide second-level cybersecurity incident response and client support. This role focuses on Managed Detection and Response using Microsoft technologies like Sentinel and Defender, involving monitoring, investigation, and remediation of cyber incidents. You will also contribute to service delivery improvements and professional development within the security operations center.

• Provide 24x7 cybersecurity incident response and client support
• Monitor, triage, investigate, and remediate cyber incidents
• Act as an escalation point for SOC first-level analysts
• Collaborate to improve analytics and reduce false positives
• Participate in SOC projects and professional development
• Requires 1+ years of security experience and relevant certifications
