Cloud Product Security Engineer

Allstate is seeking a Cloud Product Security Engineer to design, build, and operate security controls within cloud environments. This role focuses on engineering preventative, detective, and responsive security capabilities across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and application services, including CSPM and DLP. You will own the full software development lifecycle for security controls, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native security controls as software products
• Engineer and maintain cloud security posture management (CSPM) and data loss prevention (DLP) capabilities
• Build preventative, detective, and responsive security controls integrating into cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate cloud security controls with SIEM and security tooling for detection and incident response
• Apply modern cloud and software engineering practices like IaC and CI/CD
• Collaborate with platform engineers, application teams, and Digital Product Managers
