Security Engineer II (Data Protection and Network Security)

As a Security Engineer II, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our ZScaler and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) security controls. You will handle ticket triage, provide end-user support, and actively tune policies to adapt to evolving data types and business needs. This role offers a significant opportunity to improve security operations and ensure clear ownership and escalation paths across various teams.

• Triage and resolve ZScaler and DLP tickets and alerts
• Tune DLP and ZScaler policies to minimize false positives/negatives
• Support end-users with policy blocks and exceptions
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks
• Collaborate with IT, Network Engineering, and business stakeholders
• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations
