Cybersecurity Engineer II

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer II (GRC Engineer) to support their Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. This role focuses on managing the cybersecurity risk register, automating controls, monitoring compliance, and administering GRC platforms. You will partner with various teams to strengthen the organization's compliance posture, manage third-party risks, and translate technical risks into actionable business recommendations.

• Manage cybersecurity risk register, including identification, assessment, and reporting
• Support incident response from a GRC perspective
• Design and implement automated control monitoring and evidence collection
• Evaluate systems and processes against regulatory and security frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate control deficiencies
• Maintain compliance documentation and support audit readiness
