Cybersecurity Manager

Abbott is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to business and technology leadership within the Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics Division. This role will ensure security and regulatory requirements are integrated into business decisions and product development, leading risk-based decision-making and prioritizing cybersecurity investments to protect company assets and patient data.

• Advise business units, operations, and development teams on cybersecurity program requirements
• Develop strategies, policies, and standards to protect company information and technology assets
• Serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert in project and implementation meetings
• Contribute to a risk-based cybersecurity program aligned with industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with national and international laws, regulations, and policies
• Familiarity with AI governance, data governance, and emerging technology risk management
