Associate Engineer, Security Automation

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking an Associate Engineer to automate critical security functions, including data protection and vulnerability management workflows. You will leverage AI and automation tools to enhance security operations, manage compliance evidence, and ensure data integrity. This hands-on role offers structured mentoring for early-career engineers, with opportunities to present work to auditors and system owners.

• Manage and automate data classification and data loss prevention (DLP) capabilities
• Design and build ticketing workflows for risk management and security exceptions
• Develop AI-assisted tooling for Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)
• Automate the collection and verification of compliance evidence for audits
• Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell), REST APIs, JSON, and Git
• Strong foundation in core security concepts and interest in data protection
