OT Security Technical Lead

Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of cybersecurity controls for global manufacturing operational technology (OT) environments. This role involves engineering, architecture, and technical leadership to reduce cyber risk, safeguard personnel, and ensure production continuity and product quality.

• Design and implement security controls for OT assets (PLCs, SCADA, etc.)
• Serve as lead technical SME for OT security solutions implementation
• Define and maintain target OT cybersecurity architecture and roadmap
• Design secure network segmentation and zoning strategies for industrial environments
• Conduct OT security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with IT, plant engineers, and operators to ensure security feasibility
