About this role

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking an Associate Security Engineer to provide operational support and administration for core cybersecurity platforms like CyberArk PAM, RSA 2FA, and Microsoft PKI at client premises. This role involves system health checks, patching, troubleshooting, and user account management, with opportunities to expand responsibilities across other IT infrastructure. The position requires a willingness to work on-site, perform after-hours maintenance, and participate in on-call support.

What we are looking for

Administer core cybersecurity platforms (CyberArk PAM, RSA 2FA, Microsoft PKI)
Perform system health checks, patching, and upgrades
Respond to and resolve system issues and security vulnerabilities
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and fulfill service requests
Provide on-site support, including after-hours maintenance and on-call duties
Develop technical competencies across cybersecurity and IT infrastructure
