About this role

Amgen is seeking an AI Security Engineer to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves designing, building, and automating security controls for AI/ML platforms, applications, and pipelines to ensure safe and secure development and deployment of AI at an enterprise scale. You will work with cutting-edge technologies like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to integrate security throughout the AI lifecycle.

Design and implement AI security controls for AI/ML applications, platforms, models, APIs, agents, and infrastructure
Deploy security tooling and automation using AWS to integrate AI security testing into workflows
Integrate security into MLOps, LLMOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Threat model AI systems and applications
Secure generative AI and agentic AI systems
Implement security controls for cloud-based AI platforms and containerized AI workloads
