Enterprise AI Security Engineer

Eli Lilly is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Engineer to build and operate controls that ensure the safe use of AI across the company. This hands-on role involves implementing guardrails, testing AI systems for vulnerabilities, and integrating security tooling with existing platforms in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

• Implement, tune, and operate AI guardrails for assistants and agents
• Assess AI applications for vulnerabilities like prompt injection and data exposure
• Build telemetry and detections for AI usage and agent activity
• Integrate AI security tooling with cloud, endpoint, and identity platforms
• Collaborate with AI development teams to apply security requirements
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
