Sr Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Senior Specialist in Corporate Security & Safety to execute daily security operations at their corporate locations. This role involves managing access control, monitoring, responding to incidents, documenting activities, and ensuring a safe environment for team members and guests. The ideal candidate will be composed under pressure, communicate clearly, and possess strong attention to detail.

• Execute daily security operations including access control and monitoring
• Respond to security and safety incidents providing on-site support
• Document incidents accurately and timely
• Communicate relevant information to support awareness and response
• Support team members, visitors, and events to maintain a safe environment
• Operate and monitor security systems
